How to Submit a Ticket to the Franklin OIT Team

  • Each Faculty and Staff member is responsible for reaching out to the Franklin OIT team at https://uga.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/2060/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=35443 to report UGA equipment (computer, printer, and etc) trouble-shooting issues.  All equipment pickup a/o delivery arrangements must be schedule by the individual and a Franklin OIT team member, do not arrange to leave items with the office staff.
