Religion Alumni Networking Lunch Connected Students With Five Real-World Career Pathways

Religion Alumni

Religion students enjoyed a dynamic religion alumni networking lunch that offered something many students are looking for: honest career stories, practical advice, and meaningful connections.

The event featured five outstanding Religion alumni, each sharing a brief but insightful account of their journey from graduation to their current work. Their reflections highlighted the many directions a Religion degree can take, along with the decisions, pivots, and mentors that helped shape their paths.

Each alum offered a distinct window into a different professional world:
Katherine Daley shared what it is like to build a career working on campus.
Lauren Izzo talked about life inside a large media and marketing firm.
Todd Linder provided practical advice about standing out when applying for jobs.
Jess Sanchez discussed what it is like to work for the Federal government.
Christian Sullivan reflected on the path to law school and what it is like to work for the state.

By the end of the afternoon, students left with new contacts, clearer ideas about next steps, and encouragement to pursue opportunities they might not have previously considered.
